Work Experience

Teens are given the opportunity to gain STEM work experience in leading companies.

Networking

After secondary school, participants enter into our alumnae network–featuring meet-ups with fellow participants, mentors who are women working in STEM roles, and career advisors.

Mentors

By empowering women to show, first hand, what it is to work and flourish in STEM career environments, they are positioned in leadership roles for the next generation to see and aspire to be.

Afterschool

We run a wide variety of afterschool programs including Project Squad, Technovation, Incubator, STEM Inside Weeks and PLUS.
