Technovation Challenge LIVE Pitch Event!
On Friday, April 27th, a Tech Week Pitch Competition from 4 to 5.30pm took place at The Irish Computer Society, 87-89 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 as part of Tech Week Ireland 2018 and for all Technovation participants.
6 Teams, from Dublin, Cork and Limerick, presented their Technovation Pitches to judges Claire Hendrick, Ericsson, James Milligan, Hays, Susie O’Connor, Genesis, and Ann O’Dea, Silicon Republic & Inspirefest. Congratulations to everyone.
Prizes were generously donated by Caroline Viguier, The Digital Hub, and Jennifer McKenna, Intel. CWIT members Lisa D’Arcy, HPE, and Somaries Quintana, Twitter, were also present to provide support and represent the many women from CWIT who mentored the girls over the 13 weeks.
And, of course, family, friends and teachers made up a wonderful, warm crowd of cheerleaders!
